itunes control

After a few years they wanted a less interactive option in the installation. They asked me to control itunes from maxmsp.
But they never used it …
The patch uses the shell object , you can find it in maxobjects.com. It uses applescript to open itunes and play a track from a playlist.
After you started itunes start the itunes1984 script in max which would watch itunes and when the track is finished it tells a programm called midipipe to send a certain note number back to max .
When i tested it now i could trigger itunes but i didnt get a note back …
